De Witte Lietaer worked with the design team of Stefan Schöning to find a solution for optimizing the making of beds. At 'Interieur 2012' we presented the conceptual development of our solution.

EASE OF USE AND LESS PHYSICAL STRAIN
Chambermaids often have backpain after a few hours of making beds. By developing a solution to simplify the making of beds De Witte Lietaer wishes to significantly reduce the physical load and increase the ease of use for the hotel staff.
Less back complaints and the possibility to work quicker eventually also provides more job satisfaction and less absenteeism.

TIME SAVING FOR THE HOTEL INDUSTRY
In addition to the ease of use, timing plays a very important role in the hotel sector. The developed solution saves time when making a bed.

NO IMPEDIMENT TO INDUSTRIAL LAUNDRIES
The developed solution focuses on the user-friendliness for the hotel sector but equally on the requirements set by industrial laundries. The developed solutions will not cause problems during the maintenance of the linen by industrial laundries.
